Transmission of sensitive information is encrypted and protected to ensure a safe shopping environment. For customers having some command of written Japanese, we recommend ordering from our Japanese website. Orders in English can be accepted only via E-mail Ordering Form without any guaranteed security protection. If you feel uncomfortable using our E-mail Ordering Form, we recommend sending your information by fax. Based on our Privacy Policy, customers’ personal information will not be used for any purpose other than for shopping related contacts, shipping notice and e-mail news letters. The information will not be disclosed to a third party without any legitimate reason.

Please note that “Piezograph” will be shipped separately, for they are exclusively made to order. Please send us the following information using our E-mail Ordering Form or by E-mail or Fax. 5. Payment Methods: Payment can be made by Credit Card or Cash On Delivery.  *Please read here thoroughly for Payment terms.

Credit Card Payment: We only accept payment by customers’ own credit cards. Please send us the credit card details (name on card, type, number and expiry date) by fax if you agree to pay Total Amount which will be notified upon receiving your order. *We do not charge you transaction fees. We accept: the following credit cards: VISA, Master and JCB.
Cash On Delivery: Please pay the delivery agent in cash, upon delivery of the product. Cash On Delivery cannot be chosen if shipping to an address other than the customer’s. * We do not charge you cash on delivery handling fees.
Consumption tax: All product prices are inclusive of 5% consumption tax.

Please note that "Tickets", “Akira Kurosawa Drawings Merchandise” and “Piezograph” will be delivered separately, due to shipping date and packing conditions.  "Tickets" will be sent by Kuroneko Mail-bin (economy delivery but tracable) at 80 JPY and "Akira Kurosawa Drawings Merchandise” will be shipped by Takkyubin (usual courier service) around a week after order confirmation. Extra time may be required for shipment in the event an item is out of stock.  "Piezograph(reproduction art)" are exclusively made-to-order, and will take two to three weeks to ship after order confirmation.  Please note orders taken during the New Year Period, long national holidays and Summer holidays may require more time for shipment than stated. *With the exception of orders to be paid by Cash On Delivery, orders will not be confirmed until your payments are confirmed.

Designate a Delivery Date and/or Time:  Please indicate the desired designate time and/or date of delivery, if any.  Kuroneko Mail-bin do not accept any request on delivery date nor time.  If you prefer your tickets to be delivered by usual courier service, please indicate so (see below for the delivery fees).

Delivery Date: Any date twenty-one days after the order confirmation date for "Piezograph” and any date seven days after the order confirmation date for "Akira Kurosawa Drawings Merchandise” could be designated.
Delivery Day: Any day of the week could be designated.
Delivery Time: please select from the following. 8:00〜12:00/12:00〜14:00/14:00〜16:00/16:00〜18:00/18:00〜20:00/20:00〜21:00 *Depending on delivery and transportation conditions, please note that deliveries may not be possible at your designated time.

Exchange Products: Every effort is made for effective management of the products, however, in the event of a defective item or an incorrect delivery within Japan, please contact us within 7 days of product delivery and we will immediately issue a replacement. We will cover postage incurred from exchange of defective and incorrectly delivered goods. However for faulty Piezograph products, please allow extra time to produce a replacement, as the product is exclusively made-to-order.  Any and all tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned or refunded. 

Return Procedure: Please contact the "Akira Kurosawa Drawings Bureau” with the following information by E-mail, Fax or Telephone, within 7 days after product delivery. We will notify you upon receiving your message. Please return the product with the enclosed delivery note by Cash On Delivery. We will cover postage incurred from exchange of defective and incorrectly delivered goods.

Return Policy: We will NOT exchange or accept return in any of the following cases:
(1)Return due to customer’s personal convenience, without a legitimate reason.
(2)Having passed eight days after delivery without any special reason
(3)If defects and breakages were caused at the hands of the customer.
